We manufacture at our West London factory producing a range of frozen foods for the foodservice and retail industry.
Three production lines in our dedicated factory provide both automated and hand-finished processes. This operational flexibility affords us the ability to manufacture a broad range of products. Our processes can accommodate cutting, marinating, coating and frying, with all our products being individually quick frozen (IQF).
Over time we have expanded our operational capabilities; and together, with the recently commissioned and fully equipped development kitchen, we have a strong skill base that supports the development of new concepts and assists in the continuous improvement of internal production processes.
We have developed our systems to ensure that legislative requirements are met, and that our customers receive a top quality product. This is verified through regular visits from the Food Standards Agency that inspects our HACCP and other food safety systems. Together with our BRC accreditation, this means that we can deliver products that consistently meet high standards in quality and food safety.
Some of the key members of staff in the factory have been with the company since it was first established. It is this wealth of experience and loyalty to the company that provides us with the firm foundation on which to build a customer focused business of the future.
