Cooking Instructions:

Moderate heat

Grill: Preheat grill to moderate heat. Lightly baste product on both sides. Place on grill rack and cook for approximately 15 min turning frequently.


Hot griddle / BBQ

approx 14-15 mins

Griddle / BBQ: Place product on hot griddle / BBQ and cook for approximately 14 – 15 mins turning frequently.

25-30 mins

Oven: Preheat oven to 200 °C/400 °F/Gas mark 6. Place product on a lightly oiled baking tray and cook for 25 – 30 min, turning occasionally.
