Cooking instructions

boil in the bag

5-6 mins

Boil in the bag: Do not remove from bag. Place in pan of boiling water, enough to cover the Kibbi. Continue boiling for approx 5 to 6 minutes. Remove from bag and serve.


200ºC / Gas mark 6

12-15 mins

Oven: Remove from bag, lightly brush both sides with cooking oil and place on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 200ºC for approx 12 to 15 minutes. Turn once during cooking.

7-8 mins

Pan Fry/Deep fry: Remove from bag, lightly brush both sides with cooking oil, place Kibbi in a medium hot frying pan for approx 7 to 8 minutes. Turn once during cooking.


Max. power

5-6 mins

Microwave: Pierce one side of the bag and place in the microwave, pierced side up, for approx 5 to 6 minutes on max power. Leave in the bag for 2 minutes before opening and serving.
