Cooking instructions

boil in the bag

5-6 mins

Boil in the bag: Do not remove from the bag. Place in pan of boiling water, enough to cover the Kibbi. Continue boiling for approx 5 to 6 minutes. Remove from bag and serve.

 

200ºC / Gas mark 6

12-15 mins

Oven: Remove from bag, lightly brush both sides with cooking oil and place on baking tray in preheated oven at 200ºC for approx 12 to 15 minutes. Turn once during cooking.

 

Medium-hot
frying pan

7-8 mins

Pan Fry/Deep fry: Remove from bag, lightly brush both sides with cooking oil, place Kibbi in a medium hot frying pan. for approx 7 to 8 minutes. Turn once during cooking.

 

Max. power

5-6 mins

Microwave: Pierce one side of the bag and place in microwave, pierced side up, for approx 5 to 6 minutes on max power. Leave in the bag for 2 minutes before opening and serving.
