approx 3-4 mins

Deep Fry:  In hot oil (180ºC) for approx. 3 – 4 minutes.

 

Chicken Burger

190ºC

approx 18-20 mins

Oven Bake:  In a preheated oven 190ºC for approx. 18-20 minutes

Deep Fry:  In hot oil (180ºC) for approx. 4 minutes.

 

Shyres

Cook from frozen

170-180ºC

approx 10-12 mins

Deep Fry:  In hot oil (170-180ºC) for approx. 10-12 minutes

Plain and Simple

Simply coated in crumb or batter.

Southern Fried

Coated in southern fried crumb.

Shyres Kiev

Filled with butter, garlic and parsley. Coated in breadcrumb, giving a light golden brown appearance when cooked.

Shyres Cordon Bleu

Filled with a Cheese & Ham filling. Coated in breadcrumb, giving a light golden brown appearance when cooked.

Breaded or battered.
